Maybe I should start tagging my HAs, I don't have too many so that might be a good thing. Thanks for the lesson on what it actually means. I just always left it blank. C:

First: Just joined, so I'm kind of spam uploading some old stuff so I'm not completely bare.

But so far I've been tagging by color, whatever overall vibe I was going for, and any 'inspiration' piece/trunk/set I used.

If I ever created for a particular event, I might tag for that.

Or HAs I made while a zombie I would probably tag for.

I've been a little tempted to tag 'small wardrobe' or something of the like, but I don't really think it matters enough to.

I've posted here before but it was a long time ago, so yeah.
New list:

Main colors (usually two or three)
Cult name
Year
Month+Year
no GA (because I never have one)
If default hair, then its name
Names or set names of the more emphasized item/s

Optional: crazy, wtf, weird, lol *LOL*

I usually just add the general color scheme or some uncommon/trunk items I used and the chic/chicbot tags.

I'm horrible, my tags look like a random explosion of subeta brain.... :A I try to put terms from each item I use and it definitely gets to be too much to the point of rambling... without even being very helpful I think =< I'm workin on it though! *lol*

I posted on this way back at the dawn of time. I thought I tagged a lot then.

ROFL.

I definitely tag more than anyone else on SF. I tag everything now.

-All items used
-Set names
-Colors
-Chic/Chicbot
-Year/month
-GA/no GA
-Textures/themes/events
-Salon hair/codes
-INGH/Random noise I don't actually need to tag but that seems like a good idea at the time, just because I can...

I actually use tags though. I wish more people bothered to tag the items they use.

I tag with my username and if it's a generic (read: not for Daily Item) HA, then I'll tag with whatever my base is (zombie or human) and maybe the inspiration if I got the idea from a fandom I'm in. I just started so I haven't really gotten a chance to start doing much in the way of tagging (already uploaded one HA already but I'm waiting to see if it actually went through before I upload another one. Anyway....)

As for my categories, I only get three since I'm a basic member, but I've got one for my Zombie HAs, one for my Human HAs, and then one for all of my Daily Item HAs just to keep them organized.

I use mostly Luxe's tag ideas (the most comprehensive) for my own. For trunk items and subq sets, I only list the sets if they are a vital part of the design (i.e. not basic facial features, hosiery, sometimes shoes, the like).

I now tag my cult and if it's part of a CHIC event, I tag that as well. I love checking what my other CHICians are up to, especially for an event/contest.

I love people that use good tags! Since I'm newer to the site, I like to look at some more striking items on SF to make sure I'm not abusing something that has already been done. :A
