Have tried twice to upload an HA, once from my hard drive and again straight from Subeta when the first didn't work, but both times it shows up with a blocky white background around the HA. I even checked to make sure it was .png, and can't for the life of me find a tutorial to explain why this is happening. Deleted both instances, but now I feel like a jerk for not being able to do this correctly.

My only thought is that my computer auto-updated to the most recent Firefox (13.0) which messed up my view some custom CSS on Subeta. Could this be related or is it something I'm doing (or not doing)?

What link were you using from Subeta?

I upload directly from Subeta with this URL:

(You would need to change the user ID to your own, of course.) I usually have to wait a bit, though, for the link to update to whatever HA I'd recently changed into that I wanted to upload. I also use Firefox, and I've never had a problem with uploading this way.

I'm also not sure when you attempted to upload, but I did hear earlier that some users were having wardrobe issues earlier on Subeta. So the issue might have been with Subeta, and you just had unfortunate timing when you were playing in your wardrobe and attempting to upload.

Thanks, Twocents, a friend actually helped me figure it out. It's so horribly obvious I'm absolutely embarrassed; the white background exists because I'm using Vanishing Cream as part of my outfit, it had nothing to do with how I was uploading. *facepalm*

when i try uploading an HA it says i have reached my max of uploads this month? is it suppose to say that or am i doing something wrong?

you only get 5 uploads a month with a basic account.
if you want more, you'll have to upgrade to premium.

Are you trying to upload via URL instead of from your computer?

I figured out how to upload some HAs but now they are all gone? What happened to them?
